Currently Managing Director of Arizona Lithium (ASX:AZL), a US-focused gold explorer, Mr Lloyd has been responsible for a number of successful IPOs, RTOs, project acquisitions and capital raisings for ASX-listed public companies. Mr Lloyd is also chairman of BPM Minerals Limited.
ANDREW TAYLOR
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
A geologist with over 15 years of experience, played a key role in the Bellevue Gold Project, consulting on the transaction and exploration targeting for Bellevue Gold Limited (ASX: BGL). He has been instrumental in discovering over 1Moz of gold resources. Mr. Taylor is a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists and a Competent Person under JORC guidelines.

Mr. Swallow has more than 15 years experience across both public and private sectors. Mr. Swallow is currently CEO of ASX-listed Gold and Base Metals explorer BPM Minerals Limited (ASX:BPM)

Barnaby has over 25 years of investment banking, international investment and market experience with positions at JP Morgan (New York, Sydney, Hong Kong), BNP Equities (New York) and Prudential Securities (New York). He sits on the boards of Arizona Lithium, Locality Planning Energy and Pantera Minerals.
GEORGINA CLARK
Exploration Manager
Ms. Clark is a geologist with 17 years of experience in Australia and overseas and is responsible for Lord Resources project assessment and exploration delivery. Ms. Clark is a proven explorationist with previous roles at NTM Gold and Azumah Resources where she developed exploration programmes, resource upgrades and feasibility studies.
